Triple berry smoothie recipe

Today I'm going to be sharing one of my favourite smoothie recipe. It's both sweet and tasty.
Ingredients-
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen raspberries (or sub strawberries)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (I like wild blueberries)
1 frozen banana
2 cups organic spinach
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
½ cup plain greek yogurt (whole, 2% or fat free will all work)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as necessary
Optional: 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Instructions-
Step 1-
In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes
until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie. Makes 1 smoothie.
