Due to the present circumstances keeping fit has become an even more important part of our lives. As part of my daily workout routine I follow a fitness tutorial by Madfit. Madfit is a YouTuber with over two million subscribers. I've been following her ever since quarantine began and I have been better than ever. This has made me stronger both mentally and physically. On other days I even do yoga. This reduces my stress and increases my concentration. It helps me feel lighter and more relaxed. So I definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking to try out something new.
