Appreciation

During this time we are all facing I have never felt luckier to have my pets by my side. Even though I have always loved them I have never felt this lucky to have their company. I have five guinea pigs and I love them from the bottom of my heart. Even though they are small, their heart is bigger than it seems. I love animals, mostly because they are much more loyal than us humans. If you treat them right, they will give you their heart in return. Sometimes we don't appreciate them enough and we take them for granted. With everything that is happening, we have been becoming more appreciative about the things we have and those that we once had. Like going to school or work, going outside, or even visiting our loved ones, the list is endless. I have been trying to make the positive out of all the catastrophe by spending more time with my family indoors, eating healthier, working out, reflecting and playing with the board games which have been forgotten in the cupboards for months. There is so much negativity in the air that we aren't paying attention to all the positives going on around us. Just remember that we are all in this together and that we are all facing the same reality. Stay safe!
